Manager was helpful, we didn't feel any tension form both of them while negotiating a price (and we were doing it for a long period of time, finally getting very good deal for ourselves). Save your time. Do not go here. Rude, no customer service skills and outright lies. Inventory online wasn't there. Kevin and the entire staff changed my mind and made me a big fan. They were all cordial and accommodating. So, I leased a new Venza from them. It's terrific. Honest review.
