Mr. Greg Gordon was very determined to allow me to make a purchase of a 2010 Camry, using the "Cash For Clunkers" government program. I was extremely satisfied with Mr. Gordon's honesty, professional style and effectiveness, and found him to be a man of his word. He was polite and I was quite comfortable with him as he worked through every difficulty. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr. Greg Gordon and Toyota Of Manhattan to any of my friends or family. The sales personnel were very attentive and at first I thought I was getting good service. However, I went in to buy a 2010 Corolla and was convinced the price was too high for my requirements. They steared me to a 2008 Corolla and charged me a price for the 2008 that was the same as the invoice for the 2010. I was at fault because I wasn't familiar with the Blue Book Values. This was my first car purchase in 28years. Neeedless to say, I was imbarrased when my friends informed me I had been taken to the cleaners. I paid $15000 for a 2008 Corolla with 39900 miles, minor body damage, with a $2000 down payment. I chose them because of the ratings they received on this webpage. More

Manager was helpful, we didn't feel any tension form both of them while negotiating a price (and we were doing it for a long period of time, finally getting very good deal for ourselves).
