One of the worst service departments in the region. Car jockey broke my antenna bringing it down the elevator and never reported it. Had quarters for parking meters routinely stolen from my ash tray, along with other possessions from my car during services. Service managers did little or nothing about any of these incidents when reported. Their actual routine service work is spotty at best - if you get a good tech on a good day and specify what you want done everything might be okay. But most of the time over my 6 year history at Toyota of Manhattan it wasn't! Repeated faulty brake liner readings by techs during regular services lead to my rotors burning out. Service department performed useless alignment to correct drifting complaint when left side struts and mounts were shot and needed replacement. I also believe I was a victim of fraud for a $2,000 repair that was never needed. Take your Toyota to Parkway Toyota in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. They are far and away the best Toyota service center near NYC and will get you a loaner car. More

Lenny and Kevin were very helpful in helping me buy the car. Lenny took a lot of time to explin the features of the car to me, and in helping me understand the features. When I got the car, Lenny spent a lot of time with me in understnading how to work all parts of the car. John helped me with the paperwork and finishing the deal. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to all of the little concerns one has when one gets a new car. He addressed every one and helped me to feel I had everything I needed before leaving. These three are a great team, and I would recommend this dealership highly. More
Lenny Willis was an awesome salesperson ! I visited the dealership in the market for a used Highlander that could fit a dog crate in the back. And so I decided on the RAV4 as the new models are much more spacious in the back and so would suit my needs perfectly. Lenny helped me with EVERYTHING going forward: selection of the vehicle, leather seats, insurance, registration ... Lenny even delivered my new RAV4 directly to my home all ready to go. The sales staff spent hours with us, taking into account our unique financing needs and staying way after closing time to set us up with the car we wanted. We communicated with Lenny over phone and email over the course of three days, finally making a purchase later on a Friday night. I knew the price of the car I wanted with my particular options. I called Friday night and negotiated most of the deal. I was dissapointed during my visit, they have unprofessional attitude, especially the sales person that I dealt with. I was interested on a used Highlander. When time to write up a contract, he l unprofessional attitude, especially the sales person that I dealt with. I was interested on a used Highlander. When time to write up a contract, he lied about the price of the vehicle when asked, have me sign a contract that has the price column blank and sold me the car at the highest price. I put up $4000 in deposit already, found out they play gimmick w/ the price. Fortunately Toyota Financial turned my loan down so I can have my deposit back. The whole experience was bad, they try to play tricks and hope you fell for it. Avoid them if you can. I wound up buying my car from a MA Toyota dealer called WOBURN TOYOTA, very trustworthy, friendly, sold me a '11 Sienna for under invoice. More
The friendliness and efficiency was wonderful. The manager of the dealership came out to introduce himself and told me that they would work with me to get me the car I wanted. He also came out again when I picked up the car to thank me for my business. They did what they said they would do and they did it within the time frame that they said they would. When I came to pick up my new car, Matthew had all of my papers prepared and waiting to be signed. My car was ready and waiting to be picked up. He took the time to sit with me in the new car and explain all of the features and activate my cell phone. They were very nice and I would recommend this dealership. More
