Jason, I am sorry for being so direct in the feedback. I work really hard for my money. I have been very depressed with the way I was treated. Nancy was so rude to me and kept on saying the 7 year bumper to bumper was only 2500 dollars. Only???? She backed me in a corner, but luckily I argued with her to remove these unafforadable and unwanted fees. These types of emotional ploys can take a toll on a person. There were attachments on the ac that directs the flow of the air which were broken but Jose got the workers to just put it in without actually repairing it. It fell out as soon as I got home. I felt embarassed that I bought almost a 30k car that was defective. I was shown one car, took it for a test drive and then I was given the same car certain parts were replaced. The car had paint chipped in the front and back but it was never fixed. I paid almost 30k for this car. After one month, the battery died. I personally paid for the battery. There is nothing to do to make me satisfied. I bought the car defective. I trusted Jose and Bryant and Toyota. What hurt me the most was the games Jose and Bryant played with me. Jose even asked me to give him my credit card so that he can show his boss I am serious. On top of that the way Nancy was so obnoxious and domineering, that was really hurtful. I didn't know the finance lady will be trying to forcefully sell options to me. After I went through this experience, I discussed what occurred with a couple of people at work and they explained to me that they knew people who had bad experiences from Toyota of Manhattan as well. It seems this is a reoccurring issue. I wrote my rating as I saw it. Hopefully, you can talk to Jose, Bryant, and Nancy and request them to change their tactics. If they lead an honest approach and really show they care about the customer they will be more profitable in the long run. Thank you for your time.

He would like to possibly reimburse you for the battery, evaluate and fix or replace the air conditioning attachment and take a look into the wheel situation.
