The entire staff really went out of their way for me in the releasing of the Scion TC 2012 from the 2008 TC. The car is just great. Sharp, great pick-up, excellent on gas. Buying a car from Jose Reyes and Bryant Tang was the worst experience of my life. This is the first car I brought from a dealership and did not know people can be so crooked. Jose is a con artist. Jose and Brian put on a show on how they were giving me the best pricing. I took the car for a test drive. Then once the paperwork was done to buy the car, Jose and Brian took the rims off the car and not only did they give me old rims but also tires that were not even part of the car. They played every game possible to mislead me and basically steal my money. Once I got to the finance department, the lady there tried to add 5K in bogus charges. I never knew a car buying experience was like that. All Jose Reyes cares about is stealing his customers money. He does not understand what it takes to earn a customers loyalty. His supervisor Bryant Tang was happy that Jose learned how to rip off customers from him. Once I brought the car, I realized they glued certain parts of the car instead of actually taking the time to fix any minor damages. Please do not buy from Jose Reyes. He is nothing but a con artist. A total fraud. This is the worst buying experience of my life. Stay away from Jose Reyes. He ripped me off and gave me the worst buying experience ever. More
