They did not inspect the filters and just said they needed replacing because I had “deferred” the service last time. But I had personally changed out the filters and they were clean. I only recommend this place to get a key replacement. I had an appointment and still waited 3 hours for them to cut new key using my master key. Recently had a non-appointment service on head light and underbody plastic panel and yet was promised an hour turnaround time. Job completed 2 and 1/2 hours late, Service advisor Brandon waived parts and la underbody plastic panel and yet was promised an hour turnaround time.
