Hi LIZETHDOM, Thanks for the feedback on your last appointment. Our records show that we did insert an oversized drain plug to replace the stripped one at your previous service. This can happen given your vehicle's year and the number of oil changes you've had thus far. The shop foreman inspected it afterward and determined there were no leaks at that time.
