After my experience at this dealership I ended up selling my Tacoma because I refuse to return. Service at this dealership is always substandard. I have gotten my truck back after a service with things not c my Tacoma because I refuse to return. Service at this dealership is always substandard. I have gotten my truck back after a service with things not completed (no topping off fluids when they said they did, no coolant etc). I have pulled mechanics rags out of my engine before. The penultimate visit, they performed a recall on my truck and had to remove the gas tank. In the process they damaged the tank. Because I don’t have time to basically live at this dealership, I waited until my next visit to address the issue. They denied that they caused the damage and refused to fix. This dealership always waits until the very end of the day to tell you they won’t fix it, forcing you to have to come back again if you want something done. For someone who has a long commute and works all week, this lack of consideration is infuriating. I spent more time at this service department than I ever have in my entire life. They constantly blame the customer (my check engine light came on and they told me I must have just not tightened the gas cap, when it was actually an issue with the truck). Because of the poor work done by this service department combined with the terrible customer service, I sold my truck and bought a Chevy. Would never recommend this dealership. More
