When I recieved my vehicle after completion, I had black hand prints all over my passenger leather seat and dash. Unwelcoming. I just detailed the inside prior of service. Had my Tacoma in for a recall. Called in late afternoon & told me it would be ready first thing next day. I explained I go to work at 3am& they offered a loaner car. Perfect. Got off work the next morning & told me it would be ready first thing next day. I explained I go to work at 3am& they offered a loaner car. Perfect. Got off work the next morning & turned in the car by 9am & my truck still wasn't ready. Had to wait till 11:45 before it was ready & once I turned in loaner, couldn't do anything about it, but sit & wait for my car for 3 more hours. Don't think the service dept should schedule so many appts that they can't keep up with them. I had my appt for more than 2wks. More

2020 Toyota Camry : Since taking this car of the lot It has been none stop issues unfortunately. Every time If taken it in for service my breaks have always been an issue this matter has been brought to ma has been none stop issues unfortunately. It’s been 8 months going unresolved unfortunately I now have to result to an attorney for lemon law . More
