Excellent customer service, the greeter was very nice ,masks were on, great hospitality!! But I would want the driver or whoever wearing gloves handling my car! Very Bad service. I bought my car for my brakes inspection and I was told that there was no problem with my brakes. Next day I went to J Brakes in Palmdale and found all four my brakes need to be inspection and I was told that there was no problem with my brakes. Next day I went to J Brakes in Palmdale and found all four my brakes need to be changed. My wife was on the list of her Lungs Transplants and Toyota of Lancaster was playing with the safety with my life of my wife. I hope Toyota Company will put permanent LOCK on the service department. It also serious violations of Consumer Affairs Standards. More
