Toyota of Lancaster - Service Center

I have to deal with multiple people and no one agrees with each other! I was suppose to hear from the shop foreman and have not as of today. they sent me home from my original appt to wait for a part and with each other! I was suppose to hear from the shop foreman and have not as of today. they sent me home from my original appt to wait for a part and I had multiple items that were suppose to be taken care of at the same time. The only thing on my invoice is the blower motor. There is still an issue with the apple car play and usb port and the acid was not taken care of on the battery. I was told that on my vehicle that when the check charging system comes on that its normal and I should not worry about it I was also told that light would come on if you turned your car of and did not get out of the car yet. It only has happened to us 4 or 5 times when starting it and one time it would not start. none of these people you have listed for the Service Dept are the ones that I dealt with!
