I don't like the electronic service tracking. It takes away from personal service. Also, it didn't work, I didn't get any updates and sat waiting until I asked what was taking so long. Then I was told I had to pay over the phone, which your site didn't work and had to go looking for a cashier. I asked 3 people where the cashier was and 3 times got wrong directions. I walked all over the darn dealership. I finally found it in parts. If they had just told me cashier is in parts, that'd saved me a lot of frustration. Then after I paid, they couldn't find my keys, more waiting. Then, after that, I was told my car was outside on the right. I went outside, my car wasn't there. I had to walk all over the parking lot looking for it. Not a good experience, what happened to personal service ?? My issues were not resolved by the dealership, resolved by myself. I found the cashier by myself, I found my car by myself by clicking my door lock. I will not go through this horror story again. More
