Lack of communication between your workers and with me resulted in my initial dissatisfaction. Your top service people were unable to diagnose my problem. I realize the difficulties involved with an intermittent problem but you are the dealership and I expected more than ‘ we don’t know’. Even had you been able to fix the problem I still would not return for further repairs. Aside from the mechanics, the rest of the people I encountered, even very briefly, I found to be not very friendly or not efficient at their jobs. Your dealership seems to be part of the general downturn in workers attitudes toward their jobs , something we are seeing across the board in all industries. There are a few businesses where the workers are smiling and seem genuinely concerned with providing a good experience for their customers and no doubt their bosses as well. In n Out comes to mind. As a business owner I would want to know how I could instill that work ethic in my company. Good luck More
