My family has been bringing all our Toyota cars to have them serviced at this dealership, and always have been able to solve any issues with cars, their personal are always polite. Very professional with great follow through & finished earlier then originally promised and my problem was fixed! It may have cost more than somewhere else but it’s done right, & with the right parts & th earlier then originally promised and my problem was fixed! When I brought my car in, I told the technician that the transmission was going out. I told him that the car goes forward but it won't go in reverse. I was then charged $210 for a diagnostic which told him transmission was going out. I told him that the car goes forward but it won't go in reverse. I was then charged $210 for a diagnostic which told him exactly what I told him!! What a ripoff! That's never happened to me before and all the years that I've been with Toyota. More
