Not upfront with you for what services you’re getting performed and cost! I was charged for tire rotation when I was unaware of service. I wouldn’t recommend Toyota of Lancaster to anyone looking to have service done. I drove 45min to have my vehicle serviced only to be disappointed with they why things were handled. More
Way too expensive. All I needed was a duplicate key fob\remote. It cost over $300! Belatedly, I found out that Car Max would have programmed it for less than $100. Also, I had an appt. to program the remote and showed up 15 minutes early. It was almost an hour before they took my car. What was the point of making an appointment? Lastly, while I appreciate that the mechanic covered my seat in plastic, but it would have nice if they didn't leave it in the back seat. I'm used to that plastic being thrown away. This was my first experience with a Toyota Dealership and I will do everything I can to avoid going to one in the future. I will also warn my friends and colleagues at school. I gave 1 star, because at least the remote works. More

I paid over 2,300 dollars and they did not complete everything I paid for. They did not do the balance of the tires and also the alignment (I believe). Not sure what else they did not do. I was not happy with service at Toyota in Mission Hills which ultimately resulted in Additional service needed at Toyota of Lancaster which no one wanted to take responsibility for.
