**My Experience at the Toyota Dealership** I recently had a terrible experience at a Toyota dealership. They charged me more than the initially quoted amount and refused to honor my warranty due recently had a terrible experience at a Toyota dealership. They charged me more than the initially quoted amount and refused to honor my warranty due to unfounded allegations of modifications made to the vehicle. Despite my request for evidence, they failed to provide any proof that the vehicle was ever modified. In addition, there was blatant negligence regarding the research of the car's maintenance history, as documented in the Carfax report. It was clear that no effort was made to verify the car's maintenance records. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this Toyota dealership for any warranty claims. They make baseless claims and put forth every effort to avoid covering issues. I am currently pursuing other avenues to resolve my issues. More
Don't see there names on the list but I only have Joe Garcia check me in and Greg Acuna work on my car, a 2010 Prius. Only schedule appointments on days when the two of them are working. I have utmost confidence in both gentlemen. I'm in no way saying the other Service Department staff are not competent, I'm sure they are but my experience with Joe and Greg has always been pleasant and I've always been treated with utmost respect.....which is important to my age group. I waited in my car for a while without any acknowledgement, the service tech was not friendly, probably not having a good day. I tried to get his opinion on what was recommended for my vehicle acknowledgement, the service tech was not friendly, probably not having a good day. Waited a while to pay too! I will not be going back to the Lancaster Toyota. I'll just drive further to hopefully get better service. More
