My family and I use the Toyota of Lancaster dealership primarily because I have a new vehicle that’s under warranty, and because we are transplants to the ant Valley, and do not know other other garage th primarily because I have a new vehicle that’s under warranty, and because we are transplants to the ant Valley, and do not know other other garage that would take us. But I can say that I feel that the dealership has not been 100% honest in the past. When a problem occurred in our vehicle, the representatives and mechanics had not been fully transparent (e.g., images of the damage, or showing us the damage). Although the recent service was good, and felt honest, we are quite frankly burned by the question will service we received in the last couple of years. More
