This dealership seemed very friendly at first when purchasing our vehicle. Shortly after buying a brand new Toyota crown we had a safety issue with the tires and struts being put on too tight causing purchasing our vehicle. Shortly after buying a brand new Toyota crown we had a safety issue with the tires and struts being put on too tight causing a major safety concern driving. Only one part was available in the entire nation and had no eta of when being replaced. All of sudden the part showed up in a week and the issue was resolved which was great. However, me being in the car business I know this was not a brand new part and they had to use a used part to replace this with. I did not mind that but they lied. Then not even a month later had another safety concern in the back rear wheel well with the plastic running the tire and the service team there tried blaming it on us and we should have to pay for it. The car is brand new and under warranty. They showed disrespect to me for assuming I knew nothing about cars and tried passing the blame onto my wife. I am feeling like an under valued customer who paid over $50k for this car to them when I had several options. More

Lost all confidence in dealerships after this visit.
