Jobs that are task oriented but require people interaction require good people skills. Forgetting to greet and guide customers is of most importance. I was told what in the launch and assumed to know where that was. When my car was ready the cashier did ask if everything was going well. Not even a good morning. just gave me the receipt. Did not told me where to pick up my car. When I asked her she just pointed to the outside. When I went outside there was nobody there helping you. This service department expects you to go find your car in the parking lot. They dont give you the keys at this point so no way to even click it to try to find it. The guy who I was assigned initially was there and saw me looking lost. Didnt bather asking if I needed help. I had to go stand in front of him to ask him. Very poor service. More

Wait time :( I was forced to wait 40 mins in line to drop off my car even though I had an appointment. A tad annoying and inefficient but service members were friendly and apologetic. More
We bought a used car and the sales manager was trying to make us pay for extras that were already on the car, like the alarm and a couple other things. He added it on top of the price. Tried to brush it off as if it was normal charges. I stopped him in the middle when I figured it out. Cancelled the deal the dealer called us back and apologized and included everything for the price we had settled. I would never buy another car from them. We felt violated, con-ed. They talked to us like we didn’t know anything as if we were uneducated. We have bought a lot of cars and this is the first experience like this. Then I called the finance manager the next day and she was more belittling than the sales manager. She told me “you got what you wanted so what’s the problem.” The problem is they were trying to scam us. Very unprofessional. More

Great Service Service Manager Chanin was her usual friendly self. I was at Toyota to get my car an oil change and she treated me like was was dealing with a major Service Manager Chanin was her usual friendly self. I was at Toyota to get my car an oil change and she treated me like was was dealing with a major repair. She takes every request like it was a major event and that makes me feel like she really cares. I also like that she schedules you so that the wait time is never too long. She also took my immediate request and replaced my windshield wipers. I always recommend Chanin to my friends. More
