I dropped off the vehicle at 7am for an annoying noise in the headliner while driving above 10mph. The 2018 Rav4 has 15k miles and the nouse has been persistent for many months. The maintenance manager called me at 330 pm stating the tech could not hear a noise. Knowing that the headliner would need to be removed and no time remaining in the day, I decided to pick up the car with no work being performed and a waste of my time. I drove the vehicle home while listening to the loud and obnoxious noise. The tech should have called earlier in the day to ask about this if the noise could not be heard. I am frustrated about this and still have an annoying noise to deal with. More

Brakes & Rotors replaced I noticed a shuddering when applying my brakes at medium to hard while driving on a trip. My 2018 Toyota Highlander had less that 30,000 miles. It fel I noticed a shuddering when applying my brakes at medium to hard while driving on a trip. My 2018 Toyota Highlander had less that 30,000 miles. It felt like a warped rotor to me. I took it in without an appointment and got the car back the same day with front rotors and brake pads replaced at no cost to me. Can't beat that service.
