Eddie Gonzalez, manager of Toyota Lancaster, did not want to help me with a problem I had with my recently bought car. He told me the person who had to resolve the problem was the vender and not him. I always get a good service on my vehicle at Lancaster Toyota but not always smooth through the automated appointment system. The check in upon arrival still needs work on the portal system but the greeters are awesome and welcoming and my service team member Gus works hard to make the experience smooth and positive. Had an incident on the freeway. Took car to shop and was told it was damaged and how much it would be. Took it to TOYOTA and was told there was NO damage just a little scratch. Took to another shop and was told it was damaged and cost. 1st and 3rd shops told me aprox same price to fix it. All 3 were vew only and through insurance. So, I lost trust on Toyota. Sorry. More
