My dpouse needed van back to go out of state to help 96 yr old dad through major surgery. If Toyota completed work per schedule we should jhave got our vehicle back in time for my wife to travel, instead of need to rent other vehicle. And service staff were grouchy at my wife for their scheduling failures. Eventaully we were handed to Brock who helped in professional manner. The site used to be exceptionally great si we bought many vehicles their. Next purchase we likely will go elsewhere. More
My toyota highlander hybrid had issue with trunk opening since the day it was purchased and in my first oil change appointment I mentioned I havr trouble opening the trunk as it gets stuck and have to press since the day it was purchased and in my first oil change appointment I mentioned I havr trouble opening the trunk as it gets stuck and have to press tge button at least 5-15 times to get the trunk opened as it opens about few centimeters to an inch every time I press the trunk button. The issue was never resolved I even showed the video of the issue in one of my oil change or service appointments they mentioned they can't reproduce and recently I went to the service center to get one of the factory issues corrected and brought up this topic to get it corrected. And now representative is saying since the vehicle is out of warranty they wont even look at it unless I have to pay $225 or so to even look at the issue. The service is so ridiculous and frustrating when I have to use the trunk. More
