Steve worked his magic to get me in the car I wanted for what I could afford! Their prices are hard to beat for cars with low miles! When I purchased my Highlander it was supposed to have all dings and chips fixed. I would give 5 stars but the service center (gentleman I encountered) gets very angry if you don’t tell them about a coupon prior to paying for the service. I wasn’t aware that he was completing the process because he was going over what was done then stated the cost and said how would you like to pay? Well I have a coupon! His whole demeanor changed and he was rude after having to complete another invoice. So we have switched to the pick up and delivery for services. Other than that very pleasant to work with and would recommend the pick up and delivery service! I love the videos that are sent while they are completing maintenance in the service center. More
