Our experience at the dealership was good. First evening we were there, our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. I’ve had issues with my Rav4 since it was sold to me. Issue not fixed after 3 tries. Rude service managers. And when I told them I was trading in my car they had no interest in fixing their mistake of in Issue not fixed after 3 tries. Rude service managers. Really showed how little they care about the Toyota brand and customers when they ask questions that they ever different with every time I asked the exact same question. Brock specifically has a special way to talk down to customers in a controlling and sarcastic tone. Blake has no idea the product details. And Service Manager diagnosed a $900 issue without looking at my vehicle. This is the definition of For Profit Car Dealership. Overcharge, fix incorrectly, take zero responsibility. More
