I took my car in for routine service. The technicians were ready when I arrived. When the work was completed, I needed to get my EV charged. First time customer and new to Des Moines and came in because I needed to have my car "winterized." I was told I didn't need an adjustment in oil but that my windshield wiper fluid could be changed out t because I needed to have my car "winterized." I was told I didn't need an adjustment in oil but that my windshield wiper fluid could be changed out to ensure it didn't freeze. Well, guess what. After this last snow, I was unable to clean my windows. And why? No windshield wiper fluid came out. NONE. Wipers going but dry windshield. So what does that lead me to believe. My windshield wiper fluid froze. So disappointed in such a simple thing not being done. More

Quote did not include tax $25 more same battery and install 2 months apart for a 2nd car. $360 for a replacement battery for hybrid is outrageous.
