My vehicle was towed to the dealership and within a very reasonable time, I was notified via text that a technician was looking into the situation. There was a mix up on scheduling the repair, I was told over the phone I was scheduled for 12:40pm 8/24, but discovered once I arrived it was 8/29. Blake did get me a loaner, much appreciated.
