My service advisor, was condescending and rude to me. I had my car towed in for service because one of the brand new tires had gone flat. The tow truck operator pumped up the tire and explained the situa I had my car towed in for service because one of the brand new tires had gone flat. Minutes after my appointment was done, I called back and asked if service had checked my tire because something was still wrong. The advisor yelled, "MAAM! Your tire is FINE!" I told him the tire light was still on, and he said he would fix that for $350. I drove the car to Fort Dodge, where the tire went completely flat. Luckily, I had family follow me back to Des Moines where Tires Plus switched out the new tire for a new replacement. The tire pressure light is no longer on. I used to really depend on Toyota for service. My previous Toyota service advisors were all kind and never tried to skip over any service request. I feel this advisor believed he could push me around because I am a woman. He would have me pay for additional service if I wanted to argue with him. A phone operator told told me my advisor was Terry, but that may have been the service tech, since the advisor I dealt with looked like Justin. Please check this out and register my complaint. More
