I bought a used vehicle that was missing a hubcap, but was assured that a replacement had already been ordered and was being shipped in as they were currently out of stock. It didn’t bother me until 3 weeks later when I came back to get my plate and registration, I stopped by the service counter to ask about the hubcap and explain the situarion. They told me that was the first they were hearing about the hubcap, and that they weren’t sure why I was told one was on the way because they always have them in stock, and in fact had them in stock while I was there, but wouldn’t give me one without paying for it. So the parts counter essentially told me my salesman lied to me, then wouldn’t take any action to remedy the situation except for me purchasing it myself. Unprofessional in my opinion. More
Perfect match Jeff is very easy to work with and tries hard to find the right car. I wanted a specific Camry Hybrid that wasn't at the dealership. Jeff looked up several possibilities at other dealers and showed me my options. I picked up the car at the Cool Springs Dealership 4 days later because it was in West Virginia! The ONLY place I get my Tundra serviced. I always have my Tundra serviced at Toyota of Cool Springs. Jim was super helpful and knew his stuff. The internet staff was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Speaking with the finance manager, I believe his name was Chris, I felt well informed and reassured of my warrantee plan and coverage. The reason I deducted 1 star was due to the state of the vehicle when turned over to me. I understand I purchased a used vehicle, but my expectation was to still drive off the lot in a clean vehicle. All of the door jams had caked on dirt and grime, the center console had some type of liquid spilled down it, and there was a crumpled up paper floor mat under the driver seat (due to there being no floor mats in the vehicle). Basically you could just tell it hadn’t been detailed since it had been traded in, it wasn’t extremely dirty, but the crumpled floor mat under the seat was salt in the wound since the vehicle didn’t include floor mats, or a full set of rim covers (Alan told me a replacement had been ordered, so hopefully I will have a full set when I pick up the tag, though when I looked at them one is heavily damaged and I’ll probably want to replace it as well). Pretty careless with a few details, but overall a great experience worth sharing. More
