1st 6 month service I recently moved from Maryland, and needed to find a Toyota dealership close to Franklin, TN. I found Toyota of Cool Springs, and made an appointment I recently moved from Maryland, and needed to find a Toyota dealership close to Franklin, TN. I found Toyota of Cool Springs, and made an appointment for the first 6 month service on our 2018 Rav 4. I arrived at the time of the appointment, and was immediately greeted by Joe Fazio. Joe introduced himself, and we discussed the reason for my appointment. Joe then showed me the extremely well appointed waiting areas. The service on our car was completed in about a half hour. The entire experience was very professional and timely, and I found Joe to be a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this Dealership. More

Love dealership. BUT......... Going to Toyota of Cool Springs is always a pleasant experience. I always request Donna and she takes wonderful care of me. If I am there and she is not the other service writers are great too. I have worked in 3 dealerships before and I was always impressed with the way you could go inside to discuss and sign at a service writers desk. Now they have changed on my last few visits to doing things the “old way” in the service aisle. Not nearly as nice. So if you are someone in charge please consider the desk again. It is so much more impressive. Much better than standing in the aisle juggling all the stuff you need to bring in. You had a good thing going and you squashed it. Feel free to contact me as I get all my oil changes there and I drive many miles so I am there often. I purchased my Camry there and buy my tires there too More

We knew we wanted a Tacoma and thought we knew exactly which model, color, options, etc. we wanted but once we started the process, we realized maybe we were not quite so certain. So, after two visits to the dealership with numerous test drives, visually seeing color options on an actual truck, determining which options to include, etc., we finally decided to have one built. And, Toyota of Cool Springs and Tory could not have been more supportive and helpful throughout the entire process--all the test drives, all the questions, and all the pricing. We could not have asked for a better dealership or salesman experience and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota. Thank you Tory and Toyota of Cool Springs! More
