A complete train wreck of a service center. I've been in 8 times for check engine light and rough idle. 6 of those times, the check engine light came back on within 24 hours and 20 miles of leaving the dea 8 times for check engine light and rough idle. 6 of those times, the check engine light came back on within 24 hours and 20 miles of leaving the dealership. I did *everything* they recommended - Distributor cap & wires (why didn't you guys change the spark plugs - poor service). Valve job. Pressure sensors. $5,000 and 8 visits later, the latest was "Let's replace the complete exhaust system for $8500 and see if that fixes it". I'm sure it would. For $8500 you can put so many parts in it, maybe it will work. The service manager gives you a blank stare. The GM is a coward and won't meet with me. I just want it fixed right, and returned to me, not the "I turned a screw, looks like it worked, come and get it again!". Bunch of stupid xxxxxxx with tools. More
First of all the dealership had the car we were looking at but they had damaged it in the parking lot and had to fix it but presented it to us still damaged. Not a good look. Danny then proceeded to work the deal for us and appeared to be helping us, until we finished the deal and notice that he lied about price figures and failed to present that to us. So when the finance guy was approached about the issue he had no idea. Danny gave us a figure price for our trade in and then gave us over $2,000 LESS than what was agreed too. Since we already signed the paperwork his response was “you saw the paperwork. You signed the forms. This conversation is over.” The most rude and unprofessional and honestly down low and xxxxed up thing I’ve ever experienced in business. Would never tell anybody to buy from here and would have Danny fired and never work in customer service again if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. More

I called and got Xiomara Carrillo "Z", told her what I was looking for, she said come down and let's look at what we can do. Set an appointment and head down there, we looked at used and I just wasn't imp was looking for, she said come down and let's look at what we can do. The Z comes back with a new tundra offer that was impossible to give up, new truck and lowered my payments by almost $100 a month. She is Salesperson of the month and you will see why. She caring and listens to your needs without pushing the car you don't want on you. Z is not a typical salesperson, she is personable down to earth and thinks about you before a sale. She is knowledgeable about all of her products on the lot and accessories as well as any promotions and how to get you set up perfectly in your new ride. You'll be doing yourself an injustice if you don't call at set an appointment with her. More

I was dealing with mobilization issues, pandemic concerns, and generally being out of the loop from being isolated the past year. From the moment I talked to Alan Richardson at the beginning of the process, until I signed the final paperwork with Trey Wade, I was treated as a valued customer. My issues with a walker and mobility were handled with dignity and respect. My inability to be vaccinated and concerns about distancing were quietly and smoothly handled, I never felt demeaned or judged. When all points of the purchase were explained, and let’s face it, Toyota Tundras are not a hard sale, and we had all the information to make an educated purchase, Trey, with assistance from Jim Gile on the paperwork, worked his magic, and we left the dealership with a fair, honest, satisfactory experience that we won’t soon forget. I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. More
