WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I test drove a vehicle on Monday and made an offer on Wednesday over the phone that was accepted - all with Jason Skaradowski . He told I could put down a $500 deposit via credit card and they wouldn't sell it to anyone else, which I immediately did. I also made an appointment with him to come in at 9 am when they opened the next morning to sign the documents, but Jason later messaged me that the tires they ordered for it were on backorder and it would be 3 to 5 business days at minimum. He said he would let me know when they were in before I made the hour plus drive to the dealership to complete the paperwork. When I hadn't heard back on Monday, I messaged Jason to find out the status of the backordered tires and found out they came in on Friday and the vehicle was sold the following day on Saturday. I was never notified of any of this until I reached out for a status update. More
