My wife and I had been thinking about a new RAV4, and after the negotiations were made on the vehicle we were buying and a trade-in value on our Camry was settled on, our new RAV4 XLE was delivered as scheduled the following day, with 4 miles on the odometer. I couldn’t be happier with how Jim, Viktor, Eric, and Danny worked with me over the course of two days. The folks at Toyota Of Cool Springs know how to make things run smoothly, and this was the second time I’ve bought a new car here, so I can truly say they have earned my respect and repeat business. Their service department is also top-notch and gets the maintenance done quickly and to a high standard. I can say with no hesitation at all that my belief is you will also have a positive experience here, and I can easily recommend this dealership with no reservations whatsoever! More

If you buy a used car from them, you better hope nothing goes wrong with it! They don’t give loaner cars to the used car customers! Mine broke down 5 times in 10 months I purchased it from Cool Springs Toyota! They will not offer you any type of accommodation, I.e. no rides home, no loaner cars but they will rent you one for a fee!! I will never purchase a thing from Cool Springs Toyota! Oh and they will lie to you about the power train warranty too! And don’t expect much communication while your vehicle is being fixed! But I’m sure if you buy a brand new one you’ll be treated like royalty and you’ll move ahead of the used car customers!!!!!
