The young woman who greeted me at I pulled in the service bay pulled up my car's history and sent me to lobby where she mentioned snack and a complimentary chair massage would be provided. I set aside 2 hours for the lengthy services needed. I was updated in less than an hour by Anthony Durbin to allow me some choices for other items that needed attention. My husband and I have purchased many new vehicles from this dealership, and one of the reasons we keep going back is their service department. In my book, they are top notch. More

Friendly and efficient Andy Peak was my service advisor. He was great. He went over everything that was being done and when my car was ready he reviewed what was looked at. Terrible Service Experience I know what I think when I see so many 5 star reviews and then someone posts a poor review. However, I have taken my 2015 Tacoma in to have something I know what I think when I see so many 5 star reviews and then someone posts a poor review. However, I have taken my 2015 Tacoma in to have something fixed 4 times so far and nothing has been done yet. First two times were for water running in from under the dashboard when the truck sat at an angle in my parking space at work. They said they could not duplicate the leak, therefore, could not fix it. I even had it on video leaking. Also plenty of forums on the internet about this same problem. Seems like they would have just replaced the part that was defective. I've been waiting over a year so far to get a loaner car so I could leave my truck with the service dept until they could find the leak. Still no loaner car available for me. Next problem was some grease leaking out from the steering column. Luckily I had weather tech floormats, so it didn't stain the carpet, but all they did was wipe up the grease and said that was completely normal. Really? Lastly, and I do mean lastly, because I'm trading this xxx in on something else, the air conditioner goes out. I take it down again to the service dept, and they say a rock must have put a whole in the condenser, and it's not under warranty, over $800 to fix. I worked in a dealership before. I understand how warranty works, but I guess I believed them when they talked us into buying the extended 8 year bumper to bumper, everything covered, warranty for a few extra thousand dollars. I'm DONE with Toyota! More

Timely and excellent service I scheduled an appointment for my first oil change and fluid check and expected to wait well over an hour. Not only did I only wait 30 minutes, they checked everything under the hood and even checked the tire pressure and put air in them. My Camry runs like a dream again. Thanks! More
