I was ushered into a comfortable waiting room, shown where coffee, popcorn, water, and soft drinks were available, and told someone would call me as soon as the car was ready. I munched popcorn and drank my water as I caught up on email. About 45 minutes later, the car was ready, with a complimentary wash included, and I was on my way. More
