In a Bind!! On a long awaited vacation heading to Virginia from Texas. Along the way we were having difficulty with our Saturn Vue. It was getting worse and worse On a long awaited vacation heading to Virginia from Texas. Along the way we were having difficulty with our Saturn Vue. It was getting worse and worse so we pulled over at the next exit which happened to be some major car dealerships. When we pulled into the Toyota of Cleveland I noticed a fine young gentleman outside of the dealership who sort of look bewildered with our Texas license plates. It turns out he was my Guardian Angel named Mason Pittman!!! A very courteous gentleman he is. He patiently escorted us around the complex and we finally found a beautiful Nissan Vasser. I believe it was his first encounter with out of staters from Texas. He also made sure my lovely wife (who is disabled) was taken care of and her needs were met. A first Class service! After the necessary paperwork and dealing with the transaction, ( a full belly of coffee) we were happily on the road heading to the Commonwealth. Mr. Pittman, along with his backup team of professionals, showed a no pressure atmosphere to us yet showed an enthusiastic zeal in car selling. I couldn't find a better dealership to deal with! While waiting on my repairs I spoke with Don Roberts about the 1997 Rave 4 sport that I had been looking at for almost a year. Purchasing it just seemed out of reach for me. Mr. Roberts explained in detail the lease program. He then took the time to see what my payment would be per month if I chose to go that way. Working with him I managed to get the car I had been looking at for almost a year. My experience with my car repair and the purchase (lease) was one of the best I have ever had. More
