Purchased a 2020 Lexus RC350 for my wife at Toyota of Cleveland. I live in Chattanooga, but haven't purchased a car in Chattanooga area or suburbs in over 20 years. Most dealers I've dealt with here seem to think people won't drive a few hours to get a better deal which is not the case with me. I've previously driven 8 hours one way to save $4000 on a vehicle. I actually went to Atlanta Sunday to look at a comparable Lexus. I explained this to my salesman Austin Calfee and his sales manager Mike Covington. These two went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal I wanted and kept my money local. They are a laid back dealership and don't have the "better go buy that somewhere else" attitude. I feel they worked hard to earn my business and just sold me my first local car in 23 years. Nothing but good words to say for the whole team. They have earned a new customer. I will be back. More
Our salesman, Logan Maddox, was great! He made the shopping experience a pleasure. He has followed up in regard to getting the second set of keys for the vehicle that we purchased. The driver side interior light did not work. We noticed this while driving home from the dealer. This was missed in the inspection process of the vehicle prior to it being sold. Mr Maddox contacted us concerning the replacement of the light bulb. He is planning on mailing us a new light bulb to install. Mr Maddox is a fine young man. Mr Rutledge was easy to talk to in regard to the purchasing of the vehicle. However, I do think he could have gave us an additional $500 off of the price that we paid for the vehicle. But, in fairness he did give us a good discount. Mr. Allinder discussed with us the financial and warranty package that was available for the vehicle. He did not pressure us into purchasing a warranty, but he did use many selling points in regards to possibly purchasing a warranty package. I cannot forget to mention Cameron who works in the online sales department. I contacted the dealership and she spoke to me in regards to purchasing a used Toyota Tundra truck. The vehicle that we purchased was not even listed on the website. She informed me about the 2019 Toyota Tundra that we purchased. She went outside and took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me. Cameron answered several questions that I had about the vehicle. She was very instrumental in our family purchasing the 2019 Toyota Tundra. Overall, the staff was very professional and courteous to our family. More

Let me start by saying we are a Toyota family. We've been driving Toyotas for 4 generations. Everyone was great. Kenny Jones was our salesman and he understood what we were looking for. We needed a car that my mother could get in and out of easily. We were also looking for dependable, safe and great gas mileage. He paired us with a Corolla Cross Hybrid within minutes. Crystal Thompson handled the financial part with ease. We left to have lunch and celebrate my mother's 82 birthday. When we came back, car was detailed, full of gas and ready to take home. Nothing is quick in buying a car, but these two made it painless. More
This dealership has always treated us fairly. They take time with us to allow us to ask questions and test drive cars until we have a made an informed decision. We have never felt pressured to buy a car from this dealership. The salesman even allowed me to try out my phone on the car to make sure all the options were available as advertised. Negotiation is always a stressful part of buying a car but they made it easy and worked with us through the process. We never felt like we were being taken advantage or manipulated like we have in other dealerships. Kenny Jones, our sales guy was very kind and patient with us. Julien Allinder, the finance guy, was also very patient as we asked what seems like hundreds of questions regarding financing and warranty options. He went through every scenario and really tried to get us best options for our money and even helped lower our payment. I highly recommend this dealership. Alfred was the first salesman we met on an earlier visit but he was on vacation when we returned. Alfred was also very nice and patient with us and we wish he could have gotten credit for sale because part of the reason we returned was because of him. We didn't plan on buying but found a used car with low mileage and decided we needed to buy as it would be gone soon. I highly recommend both Kenny and Alfred. More
