Toyota Of Cleveland was fantastic to work with recently in the purchase of a new Toyota Land Cruiser. A good experience in our vehicle purchase. Fidel was professional and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. Tyler helped us get to the number we wanted. And then Justice go Fidel was professional and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. Tyler helped us get to the number we wanted. And then Justice got us through the papers and out the door. All 3 of these guys were very professional and explained details so there were no misunderstandings. We were in and out in less than an hour. A pleasant experience visiting this dealership. We appreciate the service they provided. In the past we have not had good experiences with other dealerships. We were met as soon as we arrived with the most friendly people EVER!!! I do not enjoy car shopping at all but this experience was fun and enjoyable!!!
