Kenny Jones was our salesman. We’ve dealt with a lot of different ones at other dealerships both good and bad and he was definitely one of the good ones. He was very knowledgeable with the technical questions, but spoke in layman terms to make it understandable to my wife. He was cordial and friendly, and worked hard to make us happy. He was upfront and not pretentious so it made us feel like we were dealing with someone honest. Crystal Thompson did our financing and she was very kind and patient and worked hard as well. I felt a little bad because I had a work meeting so we were rushing, but she did the paperwork as fast as she could and was still polite and had a smile the whole time. I’ve also never had a manager ant a dealership introduce himself to us, which Tyler Rutledge did. He came over a few times to check on us and see if everything was being taken care of to our liking. Lastly, Weston Whitaker took care of getting our car ready to drive off the lot. Because we were in a rush it put a lot of pressure on him, but we are thankful he got us our car as quickly as possible and thank him for going the extra mile to make us happy. Kenny Jones was so patient with my husband and I as we were looking to find the perfect upgrade before our long roundtrip back. We sat in 4-5 different vehicles and test drove 3 of them and his guidance and feedback were bar none. He also helped us work through any other issues with us not residing in Tennessee. Justice Goodner helped with the financing part of our deal, and he also was very informative and set up everything we needed to do once we got back home.
