This was the first time I ever been to Bay Ridge Toyota, I was very impressed. I met with the sales person Mostafa, he's the greatest car sales person I ever met. He was very helpful by showing me the cars I was very impressed. I met with the sales person Mostafa, he's the greatest car sales person I ever met. He was very helpful by showing me the cars that I want to see, picking the colors, very detail on explaining the car's features and helped with calculate with my buget. Then I met with the sales manager Anthony. He is a very nice and understandable person. He understands where I am coming from and offered me the price that I wanted for the car. And Then another greatest person, George Vakkou (the fiance manager). He worked very hard with the banks and got me a very good interest rate. Last is the person who worked at the insurance, Anthony. He was very helpful on getting me the insurance for the car. I am very happy with all the services that provided by Bay Ridge Toyota. I really appreciate for all the great help from everybody that I met with. I am very happy with my car and I will enjoy it so much. I will definately recommend any of my families and friends to Bay Ridge Toyota. Thank you! Kelly More
These are the worst bunch of thieves that you will ever come across. Every experience was a nightmare. They solved a recall notice problem by stealing my floormats. Unfortunately, I listened to them but when I checked the service manual later I found out that I should have the system serviced after 100K miles and I had less than 45K miles. When I went to the service manager, he was less than useless. Stay away from them. More
I took my vehicle to Bay Ridge's service department after trying to have an annoying rattle noise repaired at another dealer and a local mechanic. I was pleasantly suprised by how professional and up-front t trying to have an annoying rattle noise repaired at another dealer and a local mechanic. They got my vehicle's problem solved in a timely manner and let me know that I had a warranty lm my vehicle that covered the cost of my repair! Big thanks to Mike and Carl! More
I recently had my 2011 Camry serviced at Bay Ridge Toyota. I was in by 8:30 and out by 11:30. It was a pleasure dealing with Jim. He explained everything to me in a clear respectful manner. He saved me money by applying some Toyota coupons to the service. I was ushered to the waiting area where I was able to complete some work that I had brought with me. I walked into Bay Ridge Toyota looking for a used SUV and came out with a new 2011 Toyota Corolla S. Stan was very helpful in my decision because he did not push me into the new cars at first. I told him what I was shopping for and he showed me my options. I test drove the Toyota Corolla and liked it right away and he got me a good price. It was definitely worth the money to purchase a new car rather than a used vehicle that costs the same or more money and had too much mileage. Thank you Stan for your patience and my new car. More
We originally wanted a Black Highlander 2012 your lot was unable to accomedate us. Your representative called the NJ dealership that had the car we wanted and according to your representative(not Alonso)the unable to accomedate us. I called the NJ dealer and was told they had the vehicle and would hold it for me. We came to the office on Thursday to pick up the so called car from NJ and you did not have it. I asked what do you have on the lot available and was told the Highlander limited 2012 with everything I did not need however I did purchase the car many $$$'s later. I would like you to know I traded in a HIghlander 2005 with new tires,brakes,fluids all changed a XM System. You received the better end of the deal. Please eliminate the go between because it is wasting time. I will say I did not receive the trade in that I should have received. It should have been more as I have spoken to a couple of people since this transaction took place. More
I have to say I am on my 4th lease with Toyota, I got my first 3 leases at the Bay Ridge location. I always had very long wait times when going to pick up my cars but never had the issues that I had this la first 3 leases at the Bay Ridge location. I always had very long wait times when going to pick up my cars but never had the issues that I had this last time. I wanted a specific car (2011 Camry SE) as I do not like the newer 2012 model. I wanted a 4 cyl in gray. I was told when I was at the dealership that wouldnt be a problem. I was then given a price (that I thought was too high) When I asked Frank my salesman if thats the best he can do he told me yes. Thats the best price. After leaving a deposit, I was told I could pick up my car over the weekend. I called Saturday and was told my car wasnt ready and could pick it up on Monday. Monday came and no one called me. I finally called them and was told that not only could I not pick up my car but that they couldnt even get it for me. When was someone gonna call me and tell me that?? Why did I have to call them to find out that information?? After a few days of calling, not having my calls returned and calling some more I was told that they simply didnt have the car and could not get it. Disgusted at this point I called Toyota of Manhattan. I was helped by 2 wonderful salesmen Vidal and Kevin. Not only did they ensure me I would get the car I wanted, they came in at $40 per month lower on my car payment. They called me everyday to update me on my car search. I never had to call them once. 4 days later I am driving my fantastic gray 2011 camry se and I am thrilled. Still waiting on my credit for the deposit that I gave to Bay Ridge 2 weeks ago. Called and spoke to Frank about it....he said he would look into and call me back....SHOCKER he never called me back. I as usual had to call there again to get answers. Not pleased with Bay Ridge Toyota and will NOT lease/buy another car from them. Toyota of Manhattan and their awesome team is where I will be spending my money...oh and yes I know they are the same company but 2 totally different experiences!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
