Walked in fearing the worst and had the BEST car buying experience ever...Seth Hofstetter and David Lau Sr. were straight forward and honest (yes honest)-no games--no good cop/bad cop--I got the car I aske experience ever...Seth Hofstetter and David Lau Sr. were straight forward and honest (yes honest)-no games--no good cop/bad cop--I got the car I asked for, I felt the price was very competitive--everything they promised--they delivered...I had bought many cars over the years-and each experience was worse than the prior one--until my 2013 Camry. The Camry, replaced my beloved Avalon which was washed out in Hurricane Sandy. I purchased that car at a different Brooklyn dealer and it was such a negative experience-I swore I'd never buy another Toyota. I can tell you that this time-I got exactly the car I ordered--which the features I wanted...Seth and David dotted every i and crossed every t---and when I went pack a month later to pick up wheel locks I had ordered, Seth took the time to install the wheel locks and made sure I understood how to remove them and register them...treated me as if I was still looking to buy a car...exceptional. I can also say that during the buying/negotiating process-Seth was either available--or would call me back on a timely basis. There was NEVER a time when he promised something that he had to rescind--as happened at other dealers I visited,,,especially when the manager came over. In this case, David only enhanced the experience--not dampen it. Even the closing with Jason--where all the paperwork had to be signed--all the thing we negotiated coiuld have fallen thru (as in past purchases) didnt happen...what can I say...I hate to spend time writing reviews--but Bay RIdge Toyota deserved it--they didnt let me down--so I couldnt let them, More
