He updated me from when he requested to have the vehicle I wanted swapped to their facility, to when the VIN number was received, and when the car was ready for pickup. Even helped in helping me get a deal when speaking to the financial specialist. He worked around my schedule which was great considering the extremely busy schedule I have to go through on a daily basis. There were days I said I would show up to the dealership but couldn't make it and he didn't overreact. There were days where last minute I would say I would be at the dealership and he made it his responsibility to be at the dealership when I was there. The customer service provided was excellent. Unlike many other salesmen who are just out to sell cars and know nothing on actual physics and mechanics of a vehicle, this salesman knew how to handle as well as the specs of true "driver's cars". I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase from Bay Ridge Toyota, especially anyone looking for performance vehicles as he seems to have knowledge in that particular area. I had been shopping for a 2013 FJ Cruiser for about a month when I walked into Bay Ridge Toyota. Needless to say I was not expecting much as it had been a disappointing search. Bay Ridge Toyota was a completely different experience and I still can't believe how well it went. I worked with Juan Lebron and Raymond Francia and they were wonderful. After the run around I received at other dealers it was a true pleasure to work with these two gentlemen. They actually listened to what I was looking for and were willing to give me a fair price on the car. Since buying the car last Saturday I have received 4 calls from these two to make sure that I am happy with my purchase and to make sure I had no questions or issues. The finance team was great to work with and I know I just purchased a car but if I needed another one I'd go right over to them again.
