I am currently living just north of Syracuse, NY and received correspondence from Bay Ridge Toyota regarding leasing a 2013 Rav 4. I called and spoke with Anthony De LaRosa who actually listened to my preferences and relayed them to his awesome manager, Juan LeBron. Juan arranged to have the vehicle I needed ready and waiting for me upon my arrival in Brooklyn. It was an arduous journey in the blinding snow through Ithaca, dodging deer and their young in Binghamton in the pre-dawn hours but when I arrived at Bay Ridge Toyota, Jerry Rosario took me for a test drive, explained how to operate all the sweeeeeeet gadgets in my new car, fed me authentic NYC pizza, transferred items from my old Rav 4 to the new one, set up my iPhone and most importantly ensured I was able to operate the gadgets in my car on my own! Jason, the magician, made sure the payments fit into my budget! All kidding aside, it was worth driving 5 hours to lease a car from these fine gentlemen at Bay Ridge Toyota because they value the relationship my family has with them. In return, we appreciate their kindness, professionalism and respect. I now have a reliable vehicle to take me (and possibly a few nursing school classmates) to our clinical sites in Utica and Rome, NY. To be perfectly honest, I have to drive passed Plaza Toyota to get to Bay Ridge Toyota, had a bad experience at Plaza in 2007 and have never been back since! This is my family's 5th car since 2007.
