Fraud I dropped my car off with Bay Ridge Toyota because the buttons several of the buttons (around 70% but not all) on the touch screen were not functionin I dropped my car off with Bay Ridge Toyota because the buttons several of the buttons (around 70% but not all) on the touch screen were not functioning. Specifically, I was trying to pair a bluetooth phone. Upon walking in, the service associate told me the radio was broken and needed to be replaced. That seemed reasonable to me, so I agreed. Several days later, after the new radio has been replaced, they called me and told me to pick up the car. I get in the car -- and to my surprise -- the exact same buttons that were not working on the old radio were now not working on the new radio. After another day, they explained that they had plugged the new radio in improperly and now it is apparently fixed. When I asked if the radio needed to be replaced or if was also not plugged in properly (given that it had the exact same symptoms as a new radio that had just been plugged in incorrectly) I was told that they are required to immediately send back old radios, but rest assured, it was definitely broken. I don't believe them whatsoever. I believe that I paid $829 to install a radio that I did not need and they could have checked the wires on the old radio prior to deciding that it was without hope. I will also mention that this took five taxi rides to and from to get accomplished as they had me come back twice to pick up a still broken vehicle. More

I shopped at several dealerships for weeks before settling on this one versus Queensboro, Plaza, Star, Penn, and Manhattan. Will Shi was my salesman and I cannot tell you how much of a deciding factor he was to my purchase. Not only did he help to get me the best prices versus the others, but his mannerisms and respect to the customers goes beyond everyone else. My first visit there, Will showed me everything I needed to know about the car and then we negotiated on lease prices. After changing my mind and wanting to purchase the car outright, he recommended to choose the financing option to get the current available $1250 rebate and then pay off the car immediately on the first bill. I would have never thought of this and any other "stealership" salesman would have told me to wait at least a few months until l pay it off so that they can get the kick back $$. Not Will...his intentions are what is best for the customer and made sure I knew everything before I made the option for what is best for me. I brought my father and Will immediately treated him with respect. He even allowed us to test drive the car back to our house nearby and see if it would fit our driveway. He also was able to get us extra accessories upon delivery of the vehicle without charging me extra AND I found him cleaning the car spotless himself when I arrived.This is customer service beyond expectations. He had the utmost patience explaining the features to me and my father and made sure we were comfortable with out decisions. Without Will, I probably would have kept shopping to see if I could find another dealership but he went beyond to negotiate prices with his managers and get us the best deal. I am most definitely recommending Will get a promotion, and anyone who is looking for a car should ask for Will. 10 stars for Will. The only downside to this dealership is Steve, one of the finance managers. Finance managers are all bad and I understand they are just doing their job but this Steve guy was so disrespectful to me and my father and rushing us out probably because we did not choose to select any of his warranties. This guy almost made me walk out on the purchase when I had $24,000 cash on hand. It was because of Will that we stayed and chose to put up with Steve's BS. 1 star for Steve and would recommend if you get him, ask for another Finance Manager. More
