I was drawn to the dealership after recieving a letter from them, looking for older models like mine to trade in, and since I had been thinking about getting a new car, I went to see what they would offer from them, looking for older models like mine to trade in, and since I had been thinking about getting a new car, I went to see what they would offer for my trade-in, and what was available in the newer Camry models. Our salesman was Danny V. and he made us feel very at ease and was very acommodating. I look over everything and take a long time to make my decisions, but Danny was more than accommodating, as he drove me in several models to show me the ride and explain the features of every model. I am nursing a broken ankle, so his help and patience was very appreciated. He made it very easy for me to find a car that was right for me, and to not make it a process that I usually dread.I would highly recommend him if you want a nice easy- going salesman that is very knowledgeable in his position. We purchased our Toyota Yaris about 4 years ago so this was our second visit to this dealership. We decided to lease this time. We took a test drive in the Rav4 and Ralph Hveen, our salesman, was patient, courteous and determined to work with us and get us a price that would fit our budget. We gave up at one point and left the dealership, but Ralph called us back and within minutes we came to an agreement for our lease. Not only did he work on price, but was able to get the color SUV that my husband had his heart set on. Within a few days, our vehicle was ready to be picked up. I was impressed and waiting for a setback, but it never happened. Everything went smoothly. On another note, I have driven the Rav4 more than my husband since we picked it up and I must say I LOVE IT! The service department is exceptional as well and we have used their services these last 4 years. We will definitely be back to this dealership to purchase/lease our cars in the future. More

Going to the dealership to inquire about acquiring a new lease. After take the Rav4 for a test drive and going over the numbers with the salesman, the general sales manager , Mark Fusco, was kind enough to lease. After about 2 minutes of him talking, he was able to put together a deal that was within our budget. It was because of the straight forwardness of Mark is why we bought from him. Although I had done a large amount of my homework on buying a new car online, I was still not looking forward to going through with the actual process. Wow was I surprised! I was greeted by my salesman shortly after getting there but not attacked the second I got out of my car like some of the places do. He (Bob) was very informative in finding out what I was interested in and what worked within my budget. The gentleman in the finance department (I think his name was David) also guided me through the process without selling me a hundred things I did not want. In the end, I am very happy with the deal as well as the entire experience I received from Bob and Lakewood Toyota. I love my new Camry SE More
