I was very happy with my experience at Toyota Scion World of Lakewood. I needed to replace my current vehicle because it no longer met our needs. It was surprisingly easy and I drove my new RAV4 home that day. I was very happy with my experience at Toyota Scion World of Lakewood. Walked in wanting to purchase a new Rav4 walked out disappointed. After receiving calls from at least four of their salesman, I decided to go in and purchase a new Rav4 as a return customer. At the outset, everyone was friendly and pointed me to the salesman I was there to see. I walked around, test drove the model I selected and was ready to purchase a beautiful limited addition. After being there for over 3 hours and ready to sign the paperwork, I decided to wait until morning when I could see the frustration on the finance manager's face and his statement that I would need to wait an additional 10 minutes. Please keep in mind I waited @ 40 minutes for financing and this was at 11:30pm. For some reason, feeling somewhat uncomfortable with how I left, I decided to check prices online. While the price was close to wait I saw, I realized they were trying to overcharge me on interest. When I left Lakewood that night my rate was $488 at 4.9% a month. After making a few calls the next morning, this very same dealership offered me a rate of $430 at 2.25% a month and even agreed to throw in a remote starter when they claimed the best they could was a discount the night before. To make matters worse, today I received a letter in the mail stating I was entitled to a loyalty customer discount of $500 and that they would be hosting a loyalty customer event this Saturday. No one at the dealership made me aware of this, though most dealerships know in advance that they are not only hosting this type of event but who the mailers went to. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. My advice, if you want to get a honest deal from this dealership come with your i's dotted and your t's crossed. More

After shopping for Toyota Camry for about 6 months and visiting 6 dealerships, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the experience we had at Lakewood Toyota. Ian Hanlon was kind, courteous, patient, and transparent. We were able to test drive and purchase our car within an hour and a half and received a fair price immediately instead of negotiating for hours on end. I will continue to purchase all my cars in the future with Mr. Hanlon because of the excellent service we received and we will certainly recommend all of our family and friends to take part in the wonderful experience he provides! This is the second time buying a vehicle from this agency and I found the outcome acceptable. While the price of vehicles today has reached the cost of my original home, I expect the Toyota value to remain consistent. I bought Tacoma double cab with a short bed.
