I Had been contemplating a new car purchase in the future,but certainly didn't have any plans of walking out that day with a new car. My husband owns a Prius, and I merely accompanied him that day to have his his car serviced. While waiting for his car service to be completed we walked around just looking at cars. A gentleman walked out and introduced himself-Joseph Cavallaro. Right from the beginning of his very friendly and approachable personality it was a pleasure to talk and work with him!! Joe truly made the difference on my decision to purchase a car that day!! He was so patient and knowledgable and truly made the difference. If not for Joe, I would have easily walked away as I had no intention of making a car purchase that day. Thank you Joe for the best car purchase experience ever!! More

We were able to negotiate a price for the vehicle acceptable to both of us without the typical hard sell tactics and relentless back and forth.
