Mark's lack of tack and ability to use his brain in a meaningful way almost made me leave the dealership. I'm glad that I stuck around though; Ian saved the sale. More

The internet sales team was attentive while we were still overseas and kept in touch without being annoying to keep us informed about inventory. The day we went to buy we walked in and about 3 hours later drove off the lot. Bob was VERY knowledgable about the Highlander and gave us a thorough tutorial of all of the features of our vehicle. He was even nice enough to take a picture after we sealed the deal. There was no haggling over the price, the dealership simply respected the USAA pricing certificates and that was it.
