I was impressed by the amenities and cleanliness of the dealership, as well as with the warmness and compassion of their staff (especially Chris, Alyson, and Corey). Given this was my first dealership experience, I was a bit nervous that I would get financially stomped-on through the leasing process, but because of Chris and his negotiation skills, I was able to get a very fair price on my lease that I am very satisfied with. Chris made the process very straightforward and thorough, answering any questions I had as a first-time leasee. Additionally, although my demands were a bit unrealistic, Chris and the staff were willing to work with me throughout the negotiation process to ensure that I received a fair and sustainable price on my lease relative to my income and price of insurance. Overall, I am extremely satisfied by the impeccable services (and BEAUTIFUL) car I was able to procure through Toyota World and its lovely staff. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, including first-time buyers/leasees like myself! More

LEMON-WOOD TOYOTA I rarely read reviews, much less write them but in this case I feel it is important to warn you about this dealership. I bought a new Camry from Lakewood Toyota and in under 9,000 miles the transmission has broken down and needed to be replaced twice. What are the odds of this happening to two new transmissions? After the first failure and replacement I had unexplained warning lights coming on a month later and brought it in for a complete diagnostic check up. Lakewood Toyota once again assured me it was safe. The second time the transmission failed I was going down the NJ Turnpike and it almost resulted in a serious accident. My salesmen Jim O'Brien and the Managers there have responded to this with arrogance and indifference. The service department has been extremely helpful but I know what they are thinking but cannot say, this car is an obvious lemon. I don't trust it with my family riding in it and never will. I had hoped Lakewood Toyota would do whats right but so far they only care about their bottom line. I hope to God it doesn't take me or my family getting seriously injured or worse before this dealership or Toyota does the right thing..... More
