Great Thoughtful Service! A couple of years before my wife, and I, went into the Lakewood Toyota dealer to discuss purchasing a car, we had gone there for a repair of our old T A couple of years before my wife, and I, went into the Lakewood Toyota dealer to discuss purchasing a car, we had gone there for a repair of our old Toyota. The repair was to fix a problem which occurred in most Toyotas. The dealer was very timely and courteous. Further, there was no insistence that we needlessly spend money on the car, as our local Toyota Staten Island dealer insisted we do. For this courteousness, we again went again to the Lakewood Toyota dealer this last September. For years we had been riding around in a very nice, limited repair, inherited Toyota Avalon. Though the car functioned fine, it was 13 years old. We went to the Lakewood dealer to explore the possibility of purchasing a new car. Despite the lack of repairs necessary on the car we had, the new car we were exploring had many advantages over the car we drove. The new car would not only provide very excellent mileage, and the nice rear car view, when in the car was in reverse, the Prius would also provides safe emergency braking, which was not provided on our old Toyota. Given this excellence, as well as, the very low interest rate we were promised, we decided to purchased a new Toyota from the Lakewood dealer car. Then we went to talk about financing. Unfortunately, for the financing we had to wait an extended period of time. This proved to be the only hassle we had with the Lakewood dealer. Once the finance man, David Branco, saw that we had a problem with the loan, he became very kind, thoughtful and, of course, cooperative. In the end, the Mr. Branco brought a very happy conclusion to our car purchase. As a final note of thoughtfulness, the car was delivered to us by the Lakewood dealer, even though Staten Island, our home, is close to an hour away from Lakewood, NJ.. Not only was Bob Elwell very courteous, and thoughtful, as our salesman, he thoughtfully delivered our new car to us. He was very kind, considering how the traffic jams, and the poor weather, caused very extreme tardiness on my part, concerning our last meeting. Due to the money concerning the car being slightly frustrating, I would give the Toyota World of Lakewood a 4.5-star rating. If my only choice is a 4 or a 5-star rating, I have no hesitation at all in giving Toyota World of Lakewood a very truthful 5-star rating. More
