Poor customer service. It is a shame that Mr. Paula is a sales manager that doesn't know how to treat a frustrated customer. Awesome Buying Experience I was looking for a tacoma truck. It was difficult to find with the options and color that I wanted. I had visited several dealerships. They only want I was looking for a tacoma truck. It was difficult to find with the options and color that I wanted. I had visited several dealerships. They only wanted to sell me what they had in their inventory. I did find the truck that I wanted, but the dealership wanted more than sticker price for it. I went to Toyota World and spoke with Carter Nies. Although they did not have the vehicle in stock, he assured me that they could get the vehicle that i wanted and at a fair price. Within 2 days, they had the truck that I wanted. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Great buying experience. I highly recommend Toyota World of Lakewood. More
