She welcomed and was kind enough to listen to my needs for a new car. In my mind, I thought she is so friendly, therefore, my search for a friendly car is almost completed. She explained the Toyota Prius Hybrid as well as Toyota Mirai Fuel Cell car details and price and associated discounts and benefits. She is very knowledgeable and knows her trade fully well. She helped me in test driving the Prius. It was already late evening so left for home. Studied the information and took an appointment with Jessica. Again, she helped in test driving a Mirai, the future car. It seems, I fell in love immediately better than love at first site. The ride was smooth, no noise, excellent pick-up; hydrogen operated car was behaving on the road beyond expectation. Instantly, it became my dream car. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to Jessica for helping me in my search. I liked the car and deal was very quick as there was no pressure or haggling or intimidation. Terms were very clear and explained very well. The dating, engagement and marriage all happened within couple of hours. My wife was with me in selecting this high tech beauty and luckily we got the best color as well as interior. Afterwards, for the official certification, Jessica took us to Mr. Sean Nguyen of Finance. Again, we were treated so nicely. Everyone, was going extra mile to help us. He explained in details all the issues and get signed the paperwork. Sean is very knowledgeable and friendly. Finally we paid and left with our dream car. So far, it is working very nicely and my search for environmentally friendly car is completed. Again, I greatly appreciate the help provided by Jessica and Sean. Both people went beyond to meet all my requests. I highly recommend them to anyone who goes to Toyota Sunnyvale. We need more of such friendly people. More
