I was driving to a retirement dinner and didn’t have much time for the regular song and dance that you get at most dealerships. I explained my situation to Fred who took great care of me to speed the process along: found the car, did the test drive, evaluated my Honda trade in, offered financing, helped me transfer my luggage and I was on my way! He made sure that Bart, who took over for the signing of docs, understood we were in a hurry, and it was smooth sailing! Bart was great! What a team! Best purchasing experience I’ve ever had! My only complaint is that the key thAt the dealer had does not automatically open the trunk- if I want to get it replaced with the correct blank, it will cost 250$. Fred did arrange for me to get a second key when I had time. He followed up to make sure that I had scheduled with the locksmith, who was also great! More
