6+ psgr vehicle Been car shopping for a new vehicle since the new year, and after checking out both auto rows on Stevens Creek and Capitol, decided to checkout Sunnyv Been car shopping for a new vehicle since the new year, and after checking out both auto rows on Stevens Creek and Capitol, decided to checkout Sunnyvale. Had narrowed it down to Honda or Toyota. Ratha was the sales rep that helped me at Toyota. Told her i needed a 6+ seater, and she showed me the 4runner. But there was no trunk space once you use the 3rd row. Very crammed. Then she showed me the Sienna, which i loved for its spaciousness and comfort, but she noticed i didn’t want the soccer mom image just yet. She then steered me to the Highlander, bigger SUV. and even with the 3rd row up, there was still room for a couple duffle bags and some grocery bags if i needed the space. Impressed! We proceeded to narrow down the features I’d want on a Highlander and she gave me a quick print out of the vehicle and its specs with the price listing. She told me if I still wanted to go check out Honda, it was a block down and even gave me directions. Because it was 4th of July, she told me if I came back and she was busy with another customer, Dino would gladly help me out with securing and test driving the car. So i left to Honda. No one came out to help me. After 30min and lack of service, i went back to Toyota where Dino did a wonderful job of showing me all the new technology the Highlander was equipped with: how to use it, turn it on/off, how to navigate the gauges and the touchscreen display, how to lift the trunk doors and pull up/fold the 3rd row. . I was so comfortable with the car, I knew it was what I wanted. I went for lunch without a hassle. No aggressive sale was being pushed upon me. And when I came back, Ratha help me get the process started with the credit application before forwarding me to Kevin where signing everything was a breeze. So happy with the service and I feel like I’m driving the perfect car for me and my growing family! More
