I spotted the perfect car on the lot as I was driving by at closing and returned the next morning to ask if it could be set aside for me to test drive later that day. Ali took care of all of the test drive paperwork so everything was ready to go when I came back for my appointment. I loved the car, and Martin made the closing process super easy by submitting all the finance documents directly to my credit union on my behalf saving me the time and effort of having to go to the bank the next day. Martin explained all the service package options, and there was never any pressure to buy. Ali went over all the car features and technology with me as much has changed since my last car purchase. I was pleased with the fair trade in value given for my old car, and left feeling very happy that I was able to buy a great car at a fair price with ease. This was a horrible experience. I am trying to sell my car. I spoke with George who convinced me to bring my car in for an assessment which he told me would take 15-20 min. 45 minutes later, I had no qu car. I had to search out George who told me the manager had to approve the quote and he was unreachable. I asked George to email me. I followed up with George that night. He said the manager was not responding still and he'd get back to me in the morning. I followed up the following afternoon -- still nothing. I phone the manager -- no return phone call. When I again reached out to George, all he said was he was new at the dealership, never had it take this long, and he was sorry. Sorry doesn't do a lot of good when I wasted my time going to the dealership, letting him inspect and drive the car, and then waited for the offer on the car.... or for my time calling the manager and trying to email the dealership. And, you know what.... STILL NO OFFER ON MY CAR. More
